CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
IS OUR GOAL. When you purchase
an item from World of Golf, Naples FL that
does not give complete satisfaction you
may return it to us for exchange or refund
as long as it is new and unused, within
30 days of purchase.
1) We require that you call for
a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER first
(we will not accept shipments without
the RA#.
2) The sales receipt is required
with all returns, and see below for
specific product requirements.
3) All return shipping charges must
be prepaid (we will not accept return
items shipped to us C.O.D.)
ACCESSORIES
AND CLOTHING
All accessories and apparel must be
returned in their original packaging.
GOLF CLUBS
Please take care of your Clubs. Returned
Golf Clubs that are scratched or worn
in any way will be accepted for in-store
credit at a discount based upon the
condition of the clubs.
GOLF SHOES
Shoe returns are based on the manufacturer's
warranty and customer satisfaction.
EXCLUSIONS
We cannot accept returns on used or special
order merchandise.
Although our guarantee must be exercised
within 30 days of your receipt of the
merchandise, exceptions may apply for
gift items purchased in advance.
MANUFACTURER'S
WARRANTIES
We cover defects experienced through
normal use on merchandise purchased
through our store. World of Golf, Naples
FL reserves the right to determine if
warranty claims are invalid due to unusual
abuse.
Please keep any warranty that comes
with your merchandise along with your
sales receipt. No adjustments will
be considered without the warranty and
receipt.
