Shipping and Order Fulfillment:

In-stock orders received by 10:00am E.S.T. during store hours will ship the same business day. Our shopping cart sends an instant order confirmation by Email. If you do not receive an Email confirmation within 24 hours please contact us so we can be sure your Email address is correct in our system.

For customers requesting Next Day Delivery your order will be handled as follows:

  • In-stock orders received before 10am E.S.T. Monday Through Friday will be
    processed and shipped the same business day.
  • In-stock orders received after 10am E.S.T. will be processed and sent the next
    business day.
  • If there is going to be delay you will be contacted via email.

Drop-Ship orders will be sent directly from the manufacturer. In the event of a back order we will contact you with an expected delivery date before finalizing your order. In these cases World of Golf depends on the manufacturer’s ability to drop-ship the product direct to you. On occasion, certain items will be back ordered or discontinued. World of Golf will keep you informed of the status of your order.

Signature Required for Delivery is our standard delivery method, and we strongly encourage all customers to have someone sign for delivery. If you choose "no signature required", delivery is at your own risk - we will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage.

Pricing Policy:

SALES AND DISCOUNTS
From time to time we offer special discounts, and may adjust prices higher or lower as seasons and styles change. Discounts or price changes may not be applied to prior orders.

OOPS!
We make every effort to avoid errors in pricing and product information. However, if a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Payment Methods:

For your convenience we accept the following methods of payment online, by fax and phone:

  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover

We also accept personal checks, business checks, money orders, or certified bank checks. Please note these payment methods may delay shipping of your order up to two weeks.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL. When you purchase an item from World of Golf, Naples FL that does not give complete satisfaction you may return it to us for exchange or refund as long as it is new and unused, within 30 days of purchase.

1) We require that you call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER first (we will not accept shipments without the RA#.

2) The sales receipt is required with all returns, and see below for specific product requirements.

3) All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.)

ACCESSORIES AND CLOTHING
All accessories and apparel must be returned in their original packaging.

GOLF CLUBS
Please take care of your Clubs. Returned Golf Clubs that are scratched or worn in any way will be accepted for in-store credit at a discount based upon the condition of the clubs.

GOLF SHOES
Shoe returns are based on the manufacturer's warranty and customer satisfaction.

EXCLUSIONS
We cannot accept returns on used or special order merchandise.

Although our guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise, exceptions may apply for gift items purchased in advance.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES
We cover defects experienced through normal use on merchandise purchased through our store. World of Golf, Naples FL reserves the right to determine if warranty claims are invalid due to unusual abuse.

Please keep any warranty that comes with your merchandise along with your sales receipt. No adjustments will be considered without the warranty and receipt.

International Orders:

We apologize to new international customers, but currently we are not shipping outside of the USA. We welcome you to visit our store if you should be in Naples, Florida.
